Shelby Roberts of Searcy studies in Florence, Italy

Shelby Roberts of Searcy departs May 22 for Harding University's Summer Undergraduate Research in Florence program. Roberts, cognitive neuroscience major, will spend four weeks in Italy studying under Dr. Dennis Matlock, associate professor of biochemistry at Harding, and internationally known lecturer and researcher Dr. Chiara Azzari.

During the program, students will conduct lab work in the University of Florence hospital and lab, earning six biochemistry credits.
