Michael Higginbotham of Knoxville selected for Harding University marching band

Michael Higginbotham of Knoxville has been selected for the 2013-14 Harding University Thundering Herd marching band. Higginbotham, a youth and family ministry major, performs at all home football games and selected fall exhibitions and parades.

The band consists of instrumentalists including woodwind players, brass players and percussionists from all majors. The marching band is directed by Dr. Wesley Parker, assistant professor of music.
