Katherine Bowman of Berthoud receives Harding University Trustee Scholarship

Katherine Bowman of Berthoud has been awarded the Harding University Trustee Scholarship. Bowman is among 27 incoming freshmen to receive this honor.

To be considered, applicants had to have at least a score of 31 or greater on the ACT or a 1360 on SAT exams, have a 3.5 high school GPA, and interview on the University campus. The Trustee Scholarship is among the largest scholarships Harding offers. Each Trustee Scholar will receive a full-tuition scholarship for four years of undergraduate courses.

"It will be exciting to see how these students will serve and in what leadership roles they will be involved," said Glenn Dillard, assistant vice president for enrollment management. "The fall 2015 freshman class may be the most impressive group of new students Harding has ever had. We can't wait for them to join the Harding family in August."
