Duluth Resident Lacey Bates Selected for Collegiate Honors Program

Duluth resident Lacey Bates, a senior youth and family ministry major, was nominated by Harding University faculty as a 2012-13 Who's Who finalist.

Each year, Harding faculty selects upperclassmen to represent the University for the Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges honors programs. Students are chosen based on GPA, participation and leadership within school organizations and extracurricular activities, community involvement, and future leadership ability or potential. Finalists are eligible to receive scholarships ranging from $2,000 to $5,000.

Harding is the largest private university in Arkansas with 6,815 students and attracts more National Merit Scholars than any other private university in the state. Harding also maintains campuses in Australia, Chile, England, France, Greece, Italy and Zambia.
